I wanted to comment on the Elephant Balm, this stuff is great and it lives up to it's name. I've been using it on my knee for Arthritis, and my leg doesn't feel stiff, and I also use it on my hip as well which gives me problems, and I walk without any aches and stiffness in my bones, it has a nice smell as well.
